We provide a comprehensive range of CQC Regulated Services, from high acuity Complex Homecare and specialist Residential Care to more flexible Supported Living solutions, in and around the Southend area. We offer expertise across a wide range of complex needs and specialist conditions, including caring for people with behaviours that challenge. Services we provide
Residential Care
We provide safe, therapeutic and supportive environments, offering high quality, personalised care for those with complex needs. Each property is a distinct community with its own character and personality – our homes are more than just a place to live, they’re like a second family for everyone we support.
Supported Living
Our supported living services offer flexible care and assistance packages based on individual need and capabilities, from a few hours a week to full time, 24/7 support. For those living in rented accommodation or in their own homes, supported living solutions can help build an effective pathway to more independent living.
Complex Homecare
We provide a Specialist Supported Living service designed to cater for adults with more complex needs which require an Enhanced level of support in Bespoke Housing Solutions (See Accommodation Solutions below). This option works well for individuals with profound learning disabilities and/or mental illnesses. Often people who require a bespoke service experience high levels of anxiety and emotional distress and can present behaviours which are challenging for them and staff to manage.
Accommodation Solutions
Some people we support have their own accommodation and we can continue to support them in that environment. However, where an individual does not have any accommodation, we are able to provide a full range of accommodation solutions. From sourcing appropriate accommodation to ensuring the environment is adapted to meet your specific needs. We can also support with general maintenance, supporting you to pay your bills and manage your tenancy.
