Complex Homecare is our Specialist Supported Living Service designed for people with Profound and Multiple Learning Disabilities with significant additional sensory or physical needs and difficulty in communicating. High Levels of skilled Support and Interventions will be required to manage significant Sensory, Behavioural, Personal Care, Mental or Physical Health Needs. The service is provided in people’s own homes, on a 1:1 or more intensive basis. If people requiring support do not have any accommodation, then we are able to assist with a range of Accommodation Solutions to allow our support to be provided in Purpose Built or Adapted Single Person Accommodation .

The first step is for us to carry out a detailed Care and Support Needs Assessment. We will do this with yourself, your Care Manager or Social Workers, close family or friends and who ever else you feel knows you well. Once our assessment is complete, we will create a detailed Care Plan which is completely tailored to your needs and outline exactly how we can support you in meeting all of your Care, Health and Social Needs.
